WANA (Jan 26) – The hacking group “Handala,” previously known for its successful cyberattacks against Israel’s key facilities, has carried out its latest operation by breaching the Ministry of National Security of Israel. This attack marks an unprecedented penetration into the security systems of the regime, exposing sensitive and classified information.
Handala’s Cyber Achievements
In a statement released by the group, they declared: “We have successfully infiltrated the systems of Israel’s Ministry of National Security and extracted 4 terabytes of top-secret information.”
The leaked data includes the following:
1. Personal Information of Security Personnel and Police Officers:
Details regarding police officers, firefighters, and other personnel associated with the ministry.
2. Recorded Conversations and Internal Documents:
Disclosure of emergency communications between police and firefighters, along with sensitive documents and plans.
3. Confidential Security Plans:

Breach of Warning Systems and Public Panic
One of the group’s most controversial actions involved breaching Israel’s missile alert systems. Arabic messages, such as the slogan “Khaybar, Khaybar ya Yahud,” were broadcast, along with the activation of emergency sirens, causing widespread disruption in schools and various settlements.
According to Israel’s National Cyber Center, thousands of citizens received warning and threatening SMS messages. While authorities claim these messages do not pose a threat to mobile networks, they have advised users to block the sender’s number.
Handala Group’s Latest Blow to Israel: Hacking Sensitive Data and Leaking Personal Photos
WANA (Nov 13) – In their latest cyberattack, the Handala cyber group has successfully accessed personal information belonging to Major General Gadi Eizenkot, the former Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defense Forces and one of the founders of Israel’s cybersecurity command. Unprecedented Disclosures
In their channel, Handala wrote: “We accessed all your activities through the body cameras of security personnel, surveillance drones, and monitoring vehicles. Every move and interaction of yours has been under our watch.”
They claimed these breaches had been carried out silently for years and were now being revealed along with extensive accomplishments.
A Security Shock for Israel
In addition to the leaked data, other actions such as hacking the comprehensive shelter management system and triggering red alert sirens caused chaos across various cities. In a striking move, an Iranian Arabic-language anthem, “Khaybar, Khaybar,” was played on the loudspeakers of shelters and police pagers, while Handala’s team maintained full control of the systems.
